Cookie Policy
Last updated: 09.09.2026
This policy explains which cookies and locally stored data SGE-SCORE uses, for what purpose, and how you can change your consent at any time.
1. What are cookies and local storage?
Cookies are small text files your browser stores on your device. We also use the browser's local storage, e.g. for your login session, theme choice and cookie consent. Legally we treat both techniques the same way.
2. Necessary storage (always active)
Legal basis: legitimate interest in secure operation and technical necessity (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, Art. 31 revFADP). The platform cannot function without this storage.
- sge-theme — your theme preference, 1 year
- sge-cookie-consent — your cookie choice as proof of consent, 1 year
- sb-*-auth-token — login and session management, until sign-out
- Security and load-balancing data of the hosting provider, session duration
3. Statistics (consent only)
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). IP anonymisation is enabled and Google Consent Mode v2 is configured with default «denied»: before your consent, no analytics cookies are set and no data is sent to Google.
- _ga — Google Analytics 4, pseudonymous user ID, 2 years
- _ga_TF6X9WCG8L — session state for property G-TF6X9WCG8L, 2 years
4. Marketing
We currently use no marketing cookies. The category remains visible in the consent banner so that we can ask for your consent again should we introduce any.
5. Changing or withdrawing consent
You can adjust your choice at any time via the «Cookie Settings» link in the footer. Withdrawal takes effect for the future; you can additionally delete existing analytics cookies in your browser.
Google Analytics can also be disabled globally via the browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
6. Further information
Details on recipients, international transfers and your rights are set out in our Privacy Policy (/datenschutz) and the subprocessor list (/subprocessors).
