The Service provides a SaaS platform for the automated analysis of websites regarding their suitability for AI search systems (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini). Audits are based on 57 evaluation criteria derived from 36 publicly available Google patents.

The following offerings are available:

• Free plan: 1 free analysis per account
• Specialist plan: USD 19/month, 10 analyses/month
• Agency plan: USD 79/month, 99 analyses/month
• Master-Fix (one-off): USD 9 — AI-generated code and schema package per analysis

The contract is concluded by clicking the order button and completing payment via our payment processor Stripe. By completing the order, the user confirms acknowledgement of these Terms.

All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude statutory VAT. Payment is processed exclusively via Stripe (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.). Subscriptions are charged in advance for each billing period.

Subscriptions automatically renew for the chosen billing period unless cancelled before the end of the period. Cancellation is possible at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from the user account. Already paid amounts are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

When purchasing the Master-Fix, the digital content is delivered immediately upon receipt of payment. By placing the order, the user expressly consents that delivery begins immediately. Refunds after delivery are excluded.

For subscriptions: as access to platform features is unlocked immediately, refunds for billing periods already invoiced are excluded.

The user agrees to use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and our Acceptable Use Policy (/aup). In particular, it is prohibited to perform audits against third-party systems without authorisation, or to misuse the Service for reverse engineering, load attacks, or to circumvent technical limits.

Audits, scores, predictions, and Master-Fix recommendations provided by the Service are based on algorithmic processes and represent estimates. No guarantee is given for specific search engine rankings, visibility gains, revenue, or conversion outcomes. Third-party search and AI systems continuously change their algorithms.

The Service is provided without guaranteed availability (no SLA). Maintenance windows and temporary outages are possible.

Liability is governed by the Swiss Code of Obligations. Liability for slight negligence as well as for consequential, indirect, and lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for gross negligence, intent, and personal injury (Art. 100 CO) remains unaffected.

All rights to the platform, software, models, and trademarks remain with the provider. Audit results and Master-Fix packages purchased by the user may be freely used by the user for their own and client websites.

Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy (/datenschutz).

The provider reserves the right to adapt these Terms as necessary. Registered users will be notified by email of material changes.

These Terms are governed exclusively by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer jurisdictions remain unaffected.

Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
