API & MCP Terms of Use

Last updated: 30.04.2026

These Terms supplement the Terms of Service and apply to any access to the SGE-SCORE Agent API, MCP server, and ChatGPT plugin by developers, automated systems, or AI agents.

1. Provider

Saleway GmbH, Schulhausgässli 4, 3098 Köniz, Switzerland. Contact: info@sge-score.com.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to the following interfaces:

  • REST endpoints at /agent-analyze, /agent-analysis-status, /agent-checkout, /agent-masterfix, /agent-knowledge-search
  • MCP server (Model Context Protocol) for Cursor, Claude Desktop, Windsurf, etc.
  • OpenAI ChatGPT plugin (ai-plugin.json)
  • OpenAPI specification (openapi.yaml)

3. Rate Limits

To ensure stability, the following limits apply and may be adjusted at any time:

  • Audit endpoints: max 2 analyses per 24 hours, both per email and per IP address
  • Knowledge search: max 30 requests per hour
  • Master-Fix checkout & retrieval: no hard cap, fair use expected

4. Bot Identification

Automated clients must clearly identify themselves — recommended via a descriptive User-Agent header including a contact email (e.g. «MyBot/1.0 (+contact@example.com)»). This allows us to reach out instead of blocking.

5. Commercial Integration and Reselling

Embedding the API in your own SaaS products, agents, plugins, or consulting workflows is expressly permitted and welcome.

However, white-label reselling of SGE-SCORE audits as a supposedly «own» audit service without reference to SGE-SCORE as the underlying technology is prohibited. A discreet attribution (e.g. «Powered by SGE-SCORE») in the user interface is required.

6. Intellectual Property

Audit results and purchased Master-Fix packages belong to the buyer and may be used freely. API schemas, endpoint designs, trademarks (in particular «SGE-SCORE»), and the underlying models remain the property of the provider.

7. Availability and Versioning

The API is provided without a guaranteed SLA. Endpoints may evolve without prior notice; breaking changes will, where possible, be communicated via the OpenAPI specification and on /agents.

8. Abuse and Suspension

We reserve the right to block individual requests, IP ranges, or accounts without prior notice in case of violations of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. Severe violations may be prosecuted.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law.
