Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 30.04.2026

This policy defines what SGE-SCORE may and may not be used for. It supplements the Terms of Service and the API Terms of Use.

Permitted

  • Auditing your own domains and landing pages
  • Auditing domains you have explicit authorisation for (agency mandates, consulting projects, etc.)
  • Customary, manual competitive analysis of individual publicly accessible pages
  • Integrating the API into your own SaaS products, agents, and workflows (see API Terms, section 5)

Prohibited

  • Auditing websites you do not own or are not authorised for — to the extent prohibited by applicable law or the target website's terms
  • Mass scraping, bulk list audits without context, and automated serial audits across multiple IPs to circumvent rate limits
  • Security reconnaissance, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning without an explicit mandate from the domain owner
  • Bypassing paywalls, login walls, or technical access restrictions
  • Audits of websites that disallow automated access via robots.txt or comparable mechanisms
  • Creation, distribution, or optimisation of illegal, misleading, violent, youth-endangering content or content violating personal rights
  • Attempts to compromise the Service via reverse engineering, load attacks, prompt injection, or similar means

Consequences

In case of violations, we reserve the right to reject individual requests, suspend accounts and IP ranges temporarily or permanently, delete data of abusively created accounts, and pursue legal action (civil and criminal) in case of severe violations.

Please report abuse to: info@sge-score.com.
